Any experience with Backup Exec for ESXi 4?

Hello guys,

We have vSphere Essential 4 and we need to use some backup solution. We have Backup Exec 12.5 for Windows and plan to use VCB with Backup Exec. Any one have experience with this solution?, if yes, what about the performance?, it work like a snapshot?, other product to take in consideration?
