people, I have VMWare ESXi 4 installed on HP DL120, and now I have created a VM with FreeBSD on Guest OS,
I need to know if this ESXi have support to do a backup of full VM? or if I can take a snapshot and restore this snap as a new VM Guest?

Amigos, o ESXi possui suporte para criar backups externos total de uma VM? ou eu consigo nele, a partir de um snapshot, restaurar este como uma nova VM para ser usada para outros fins?
