The Vm is connected to the Active Directories and authenticated ok through the Symantec BE
The Vss is the one provided by Vmware tools
The GRT options are unchecked, checked options does not work either, i want the full VM not part of it
On the Backup settings Advanced open files tried both: Snapshot Technologies checked with all the options and then NOT checked
Still get the below error:
Backup 00055-Full -- The job failed with the following error: Unable to create a snapshot of the virtual machine. The virtual machine may be too busy to quiesce to take the snapshot.
