VDR 1.2 giving me error -1115 ( disk full), error -1103 ( write protected) on datadomain cifs

We are using Vmware Data Recovery (1.2 on esx4) to backup some VM machines on a CIFS share of DataDomain server, in total 4, 2 go well, the other 2 I receive the following errors when they are half way:

Trouble writing to destination volume, error -1115 ( disk full)

Can't save Backup Set /XX.XXX.XXX.XX/backup/, error -1103 ( write protected)

There is still 800GB of space available on our DataDomain, in total we have 1.3 TB of diskspace available.

After receiving this error, when I want to restart the job it tells me that the "Backup Job did not start because destination is still busy" but error are already in the log and no other job is running towards the Datadomain?

Let me know if you can help solve our issue.

If we test the same backup job towards an NTFS share on windows 2008R2 it's working perfectly but we ran out of diskspace, so we need to get it working on our Datadomain now.
