Hello,
I apologize if this has been asked before, I checked and was not able to find any post relating.
I'm running a dedicated server with ESXi 5.1, and trying to create a backup of a Windows 2012 64bit VM using GhettoVCB to an NFS datastore. The backup generates without issue, I've tested this by having the backup created locally on the server, and by checking via SSH to the NFS server (Linux based).
From cli on the ESXi node, I can cd into the NFS datastore's main directory, but cannot see any directories deeper or the backups themselves. From cli on the NFS server, I can navigate just fine and see the backups (owned by root on the NFS server).
My initial thought was it's permissions based, so I tried setting the ownerships of the directories and backups in question to that of the NFS username used to log in, however this did not work. Also of note, the NFS datastore is mounted to the node by having the node's IP whitelisted on the NFS server, not by credentials. I've tried a number of username permissions with none working.
I've tried every chmod as well, right up to 777 to see if that was the issue, and no dice.
If anyone has seen or experienced this before and can provide any insight, I would be most appreciative. Should more information be required to assist me, please let me know. Image may be NSFW.

Thank you for your time,
Rowen C.
