VDP and Snapshot hang up

Hi all, i'm using VDP appliance to backup some VM.

The first job has failed for 4 VMs and 3 of them have still a snapshot hanged up. Why? No other backup software are used.

I think i have to consolidate them..but how/where i can find a log error file?
