Auth problems with VDP Restore Client and Linux guest

Hi,

I´m trying to get VDP and the restore client to work on a linux guest.

I got it working on a windows guest but on linux I get this error when I logon with the local credentials for the root user on the guest system:

"Login failed. Authentication failure or insufficient permissions in guest operting system"

I´ve verified that a local backup exists and so on...

I should note that this linux guest is using kerberos for authentication against an LDAP server, but in my tests I was logged on to the console with the local root user running firefox. What mechanism is used for the authentication of local credentials with VDP FLR?
